Thursday Weigh-In Results for August

  • Well I lost 0.6 pounds last week, and maintained this week with zero weight loss or gain. I reached my 16 weeks with wight watchers and have lost a total of 34.8 pounds. Am hoping to not get discoraged with the small weight loss last week and no weight loss this week. I just keep putting one foot and front of the other and telling myself that no weight loss is better than a gain. I also have to keep looking at the whole picture and not each individual week. Hope everyone else has a good weight loss this week.

    Guess what, I lost 1 pound! I believe my metabolism is moving--finallhy!

    I did not lose but then I did stay the same as last week. So, I'm very happy.

  • I seem to be staying the same on weigh-in day.
    That's okay because my shorts are loose.
