Eat This--Not That!

  • Since this has been an awful week eating-wise and decision-making wise, I thought I would introduce a new little game, called Eat This—Not That.
    Just fill in the blanks as you see fit!

    I am so hungry, I could eat _______. But to stay on plan, I’ll choose to eat ______.

    I‘ll start:
    I am so hungry, I could eat the buffet at Pizza Hut. But to stay on plan, I’ll choose to eat homemade .
  • I really wanted a double-double from In N Out but I made my own 1/2 black bean and 80/20 hamburger...extra tomato/lettuce/onion/pickles and no cheese.
  • Im so hungry i could eat....a tub of ice cream...but instead i will stay on plan and eat... my two poached eggs with a little salsa and sour cream
  • I'm so hungry today, I could eat the entire peach cobbler I made last night, but to stay OP, I sent the 2 extra
    servings to my MIL and had cottage cheese with Polaner Allfruit for breakfast!
  • Im so hungry, i could eat all the granola bars in the house..but to stay OP, i guess i will have water...

    I am so hungry I could eat a 1/2 pound burger and fries, but instead I ate grilled salmon, baked potato and salad.

  • I am so hungry I could make a batch of brownies and them all instead I will eat Laughing Cow cheese wedge and deli sliced roast beef.
