WW Challenge Week 5 Updates!

    How was your first week in August? Accomplish anything? Have some goals to set? Let us know about your progress! We've still got plenty of weeks to do some good for ourselves

    I dropped nearly 5 pounds this week O_O So... worth it =D Just a great week, and I am continuing to keep up the exercise and the added veggies.

    Nothing particularly new planned, just to keep on plan and keep with the "More" of August.
  • I gained all the weight that I lost while I was in vacations. I did no track at all, so it's all my fault, I don't make excuses.

    Some of that maybe be water though, I lost 1.2 lbs since yesteday when I got back on track... I'll try to do better next monday

    I almost went back to my initial weight this morning, only 0.6 lbs to loose to go back where I was 2 weeks ago. Yay
  • Looking forward to weighing in tomorrow.... I've had a mostly great week. Lots of exercise
  • Didn't do terrible this week, considering the situation. But I don't think next weeks gonna be too good. I have been on a snacking frenzy. So far, I've only dipped into my weeklys by 6. But I just have a bad feeling about next WI.

    So far for this challenge I'm down 6.2 of 13.8 should be interesting to see if I can do it.
  • By sunday night, everybody is supposed to have enter their results for the week, so I'll add the template for week 6 then, fix the formulas and everything sunday night
  • Updated mine! Down 2.4 this week
  • I am down...going strong. I am hoping to reach my goal of 10 lbs by the end of this challenge!!
  • I had a really slow week this weigh-in, only .2, I KNOW I need to be more active...TOO HOT!!
  • I haven't had a chance to weigh in yet because I've been on vacation since last Thursday and just got back from Canada tonight. It was not a good week food wise, but I had a blast with my friend and we did as much walking as we could. It was a lot of driving, but I tried to be as active as possible. I am scared to see the damage tomorrow morning.....but I am definitely ready to get out of the vacation mindset and kick it back into high gear!
