So...I have gotten a bit behind in the shred...

I missed 2 days! I just can't seem to fit it in with my other workouts and work and life! I go to the gym every day, and I always go really hard. When I get home I am beat, and then I want to actually see my family and friends and do work and stuff!
Any tips? When can I possibly squeeze this in?
