*New to the board*



  • Just wanted to say hey, Im new to this forum but not other forums. Im trying to get my life back in shape, if you will. Plus my job has a program for the better health you are in the less you pay for your health insurance and I am all about more money in my pocket. Ive tried it all, diet pills to adkins and now im counting my calories and working out. My goal is 50lbs but I guess my streach goal is to weigh 155. I guess Im here for support and some different tips and tricks i can do in the gym.
