4 x Capri Pants..My Motivation

  • I have a pair of blue 4 x Capri pants that my mom found in storage..and They don't fit!! I am so pissed and frustrated, but let this be my motivational pants for next summer. I have to work my best to drop sizes in Summer 2012!!! This is it!! I love summer capris and can't wear them...and need to put back into summer storage box. It 100% cotton ..Ugh!!

Now am wearing elastics pants that is 3 x..and can't wear any cotton pants..Am feeling down, but courage to change for the better. I am wearing the same ole pants and clothing. Oh why weight loss is tough!!!!!

Thank you for letting me vent!! Enjoy your day.
  • Don't be so down because its not worth it. Just keep moving on and you will get into those pants; it something to look forward too.

  • I so feel you. I have a really cute pair of torn jeans that I LOVE ... and they are tight (I can button them but barely, and then get the whole spare tire thing going). But I so want back into those jeans, its like my mini goal. I am getting closer, I have not put them on in about two weeks. On one hand I almost want to go try them on, but if they are still really tight it may discourage me, so I might wait another week or two. But wouldn't it be wonderful if they fit!!! Or maybe if I wait a week or two they will be a little loose and more comfy. I have so many smaller clothes it would be great to fit into again. But once I get under a size 20 I will have to go SHOPPING ... so there is motivation for that goal. Or maybe not because where or where will I find the cash to do so!?! Well, boo, now I am getting all negative so I'm gonna shut up now!!! Good luck on those capris!!!!
  • I understand about wearing the same clothes and pants. I was wearing the same outfit~started calling it my "uniform"~every day and only had one or two things that I would even consider wearing "out in public". So upsetting, I know.

You can do this....You will do this.
It's one step at a time...and we are all in this with you.
  • I don't have a lot of clothes that I can wear anymore. My 3 month treat was a couple of tops and a pair of pants so that I could go out in public semi-regularly without feeling like a lump.

I have a whole bunch of clothes in my closet that I'm looking forward to wearing again in about a year. But, of course, I have to stay on plan for a year in order to wear them.

Whatever keeps us going forward and staying healthier!
