Month ago today, working my butt off but scale does not show it, have
Drastically changed diet and no sugary drinks, muscles are sore,
Any suggeatons to jump start the weight loss?

People are going to need a little more information to help out with ideas/suggestions.
What exercises and how long/often do you go to the gym? Are you doing cardio or weight lifting or both?
What does "drastically changed" mean for your diet? How many calories are you getting a day total and what foods are you eating? Any alcohol?
If you post a little bit about what you're doing now, people should be able to give some suggestions.

Can you describe your diet? Maybe you're eating either too few or too many calories? Estimation of calories only goes so far, and even if you're working your butt off, if you're not eating as well as you could, it won't work.
You may also be gaining a lot of muscle mass which, as we know, weighs more than fat.
