Hi,
I haven't posted on here in a long time. I previously lost 50lbs on Atkins but went off plan when I got pregnant with my first son (now 2) then got pregnant and had twins (now 14months). I gained a little to much each time and am almost back up to where I started. So I started today and am doing induction for the month of August (first mini goal). I am not weighing in again until September 1st as I find it discouraging if I'm not losing as much as I think I should. Atkins makes me feel good, so I'll focus on that for the first month. Excited to be back.
August 1st (current) weight is 220

Am down 7lbs so far in 2&1/2 weeks. Not as much as I'd like but not too bad. I don't think I'm eating enough or drinking enough water either. So I'll work on that and hope the rest of the month goes better.
