WW Challenge Week 4 Updates! (Spreadsheet Link Included)

    How did you do this week? Accomplish your goals? Do you all have anything planned for this coming week? Let us know! Let's share in how we're doing. We've got the WHOLE MONTH of August to make some amazing changes.

    My scale was up a little bit this week, but I wasn't surprised. I'm not terribly concerned with it, either.

    My plans for this week: MORE VEGGIES! I've noticed that when I keep them on hand I do included them in more of my meals and snacks. So I need to make it a priority to get out to the produce store once a week like clockwork. Then I can have more salads for lunch, and more veggies as part of my dinner. As well as things like carrots to crunch on for snacks.

    I'm thinking about adding 5 more minutes to my daily exercise routine. I might start out with it being every other day of 5 minutes more, as I ease into it.

    So. Got myself some solid, healthy plans. And I'm really looking forward to the week!
  • I did awesome last week which is great because I was feeling pretty down about the previous week's gain. I went on a business trip to SLC which meant a lot of eating out but I still lost! I ate grilled or baked fish whenever I could and I ate oatmeal for breakfast and I did a lot of walking (I mean a lot of walking). Like 18k steps a day.

    This week I don't want to fall in a rut again which I sometimes do here at work with the candy dish. I'm going to continue my eating plan like I did last week most days this week and avoid that stinking candy dish at all possible causes. No emotional eating, just eating when I am hungry.
  • I maintained! A maintain is better then a gain, so I'll take it! And I am pre-tom. I did have a NSV bought 2 XL t-shirts instead of XXL!
  • I had my biggest loss this week since I started!! I'm so ready to be in one-derland next weigh in!
  • I was down to 184.6....so down 1.1 pounds!!! Now, I'm going out of town for almost a week and a half starting on Thursday morning, so I'm going to enjoy my low weight now while I can LOL
  • I'm down 2.4 this week. Which balances out last weeks 1lb gain. I literally just realized at the meetings that if I stay on my same rate of losing, I'm only 3 or 4 weeks from goal!! Whoah! It snuck up on me. But I may end up wanting to lose more. I'll have to see when I get there.
  • Evening gang! Way to go for everyone's losses and any NSV's :0
    I had kinda a rough week (dealing w/best friends problems..sometimes I end up feeling as bad as she..) anyway, only lost .8 but that makes me at 16.8 lost so far... I'll take it! I was almost dancing on the scale when i saw 399.2 instead a of GIANT 4 at the beginning !
    Talk about a motivator!

  • So apparently my scale is broken. My daughter weighed herself and it said she weighed 300 pounds.....NOT! She weighs 150!
  • I lost 0.4 lbs. But right before I weighed in I discovered it was TOM AND I had 20 oz of water and couldn't go pee!! So I think it will all flush out next week.
  • I weigh in tomorrow morning but I've had a really good week I think. The drop in my dairy, carb, and sugar intake has made me feel really really good.
  • Updated mine! I'm down 4 lbs this week
  • Down 3.8 this week!!
  • I'm finally back in the 160s! Yay! 169.4 today.
