Corn Dogs

  • So I have never looked at the nutritional facts on the side of corn dogs, and I ran out of food today so I had to eat what my parents eat.
I knew corn dogs were bad for me but not that darn bad!!!
Below is the nutritional facts for the Bar-S CornDog I ate.
No wonder I was a really fat kid growing up, that's all I used to eat for lunch.

Corn Dogs why are you so delicious?!

  • If you like them so much, but don't want to eat them bc of the obvious, try Morning Star Corn Dogs as a replacement. They aren't the best food nutritionally, but better. They're soy and my kids love them.

  • I loved corn dogs as a child too, slathered with HFCS-filled ketchup, no less. But now I only eat one every few years when I go to a fair and that's my treat.
