  • We have such a huge variety of people here at 3fcs, but if you're anything like me you're searching for the ones that are enough like you to reveal some hints about your future! It's a bit embarrassing, but I find myself filing through the Goal/Minigoal photo albums looking for other women who are 5'3"- 5'6".

But in reality, there's much more to body type than simply height and weight (as you know). So feel free to write your measurements as well! It might be more fun if you'd like to put a before/current comparison!

    Start: 260lbs, 5'4.5"

    (inches):
    Bust: 47
    Natural Waist 38.5
    Hips: 53.5
    Thigh 34.5
    Upper Arm 16

I can't find the notebook with last time's measurements, but here are mine for this time. I carry a lot of weight in my arms/legs compared to other women.
  • I don't remember my starting measurements, but her are my current ones:

    Height: 5'3"
    Current weight: 165lbs

    Bust: 40"
    Waist:31"
    Hips:39"

I know all have gone down 5-6 inches (except my bust, which went down 3).
  • I don't really track measurements, but every once in a while I pull the tape measure out. I'm glad you posted this thread, because I know my hips have never been under 40 inches until today!

    Height: 5'4"
    Weight: 137 lbs

    Bust: 36.75"
    Rib Cage: 31.5"
    Waist: 27.5"
    Hips: 39.5"
  • Hi !

    I'm 18, 5"3 and currently 101 lbs.

    My curent measurements are:
    Bust: 30
    Waist: 24
    Hips: 34
    Thighs: 19

My starting measurements (120 lbs) were:
    Bust: 32
    Waist: 29
    Hips: 35
    Thighs: 21

  • I'm so glad for this thread!

My starting measurements and current measurements are barely different. Here's what I started at:

    5'6'' around 176
    Bust: 37
    Waist: 31
    Hips: 43 (holy pear)
    Thigh: 27.5

    5'6'' around 165
    Bust: 37
    Waist: 29.5
    Hips: 42
    Thigh: 26.5

It's not drastic but it's coming off!
  • I just took my measurements for the first time, so no before-and-after, but... *points to sig*
  • I started at 255.6 and I'm 5'6.5" And I wore a size 20W. am 41 years old. and have a large frame (wrist is over 7" circumference)

    Chest: 47 (G cup)
    Waist: 43
    Hips: 50
    Thighs: 30
    Upper Arm: 18

    I am now 193 pounds and in a size 14 (no W):

    Chest: 42 (DD cup)
    Waist: 35
    Hips: 43
    Thighs: 25"
    Upper arms: 16"

(I do weights and cardio 5-6 times a week).
  • I measure everything--as in 14 different parts. I have been losing in odd places, like my neck, wrist, and ankle. My goal is in 1 yr to lose 100 inches (and incidently, 100 lbs). I started June 1st. In June, I lost 12.5" and July 4.5 overall, all over.

    June 1/July 1/August 1/loss:
    Weight: 259/248/242 (-17lbs)
    Bust: 48/47/47 (-1.0)
    Waist: 44.75/41.25/41.0 (-3.75)
    Hips: 54/52/51.75 (-2.25)
    Upper Arm: 15.75/15.25/15.0 (-.75)
    Thigh: 30.5/29.5/29.0 (-1.5)
  • I can't really remember my starting measurements, sorry.

    Current measurements are:

    Bust: 33 (B cup) - reduced from a C cup.
    Waist: 25.5
    Hips: 32
    Neck: 12
    Wrist: 5
    Forearm: 7
    Thigh: 19.5

That's all I really ever measure.

    Height: 5'6"
Current weight: 117 lbs. Starting weight: 135-140 lbs.
    Starting dress size: 8
    Current dress size: 2

BTW, on paper it might seem that I'm a bit um, light for my height but I'm small-boned and always have been.
  • I didn't start taking my measurements until a month into my weight loss, but below are the earliest measurements I have and then today's measurements. I am 5' 4.5".

    259 lbs (Feb 22)
    Bust - 48 in
    Waist - 43 in
    Hips - 54 in
    Upper Arms - 16 in
    Thighs - 32 in

    195 lbs (Aug 7)
    Bust - 40.5 in
    Waist - 34.5 in
    Hips - 44.5 in
    Upper Arms - 14 in
    Thighs - 26 in
  • I keep my measurements in my ticker but I started at roughly (I don't remember exactly at what weight they correspond to but probably around the 220's-210's).

    Bust 48
    Waist 40
    Hips 46

My current measurements (they tend to vary a bit so there's a range here ):

    Bust: 40"
    Ribcage: 32.5-33"
    Waist: 33-34"
    Largest part of waist: 39-40"
    Hips: 42-43"
    Thighs: 25.5"
    Upper Arms: 14.5"
    Neck: 13"

Right now I'm wearing a size 10-12 (depending on brand) and either M-L shirt. My bra size is about 34G? Maybe even a 34H... however, I've found cutting off some inches from the back of my old bras works better than buying new bras in larger cup sizes/smaller band sizes so I'm not 100% sure of my cup size.

ETA: I had to change my thigh/arm measurements. Turns out I've lost half an inch off of both!
  • Current: 127.25lbs, 5'2

    (inches):
    Bust: 34
    Natural Waist 26
    Hips: 35.5
    Thigh: 21
    Upper Arm 10.5

    I'm in-between a size 6 and a size 4 petite for pants...
I'm usually a medium for petite sometimes small.
    I'm a 34A :'(
  • Lol...

I'm 5'6". My waist is 54 inches at the largest point right now, and I'm proud of it. I'm 7 months pregnant... haha... need a couple more months off before I start up all this measuring again. Just trying to stay healthy and maintain weight right now.
  • My starting measurements from a little over a month ago were
    38-31-35.5

    now they are
    37-29-35

not much difference but it hasn't been that long. I'm just a bit disappointed that so far there is almost no difference to my hip size. I'd much rather the loss came from my hips that from my bust. But then nobody can chose where they lose the fat from.

Wow, we have almost the same before measurements at 260! Thanks, now I'm looking forward to 195 even more. And congrats on so much loss.
