Good Morning from a chilly Florida. Nothing like most of you but cold for us. My heater was coming on all night. But it will be nice later.
My grand daughter will soon be here for the day. She is good or she wouldn't be coming.
I will let the TV watch her while I exercise. We have stayed home all weekend so far. Rare for us.We will probably not go anywhere today. We will watch the BUCs football team. Hard to believe the Eagle fans are so vicious. But if it is true we will see it today. I hope the BUCS win just for that reason. I am not a big football fan but the bucs are a local team so I have been watching some of the games.
The scale is not moving much but doesn't usually til around Tuesday. Am looking for small steady losses. Time will tell.

Eleni.....Sorry to hear about your daughters broken foot. What a bummer to break a foot on vacation.

I'm trying for the slow but steady losses also. The computer program that I'm logging my food into everyday says that if I lose a pound a week, I will be at my goal in November. I doubt that I can lose a pound every week, but perhaps it will average out close to that.

I forgot to tell everyone, yesterday when I was telling about the open house and our speakers, that our FL queen for 2000, has won the international most improved or beauty and charm contest. So look for Norma Pagan Riveria in an upcoming TOPS magazine.

Coco....Good to hear from you again and congratulations on the loss. Hang in there and you will go over the goal that you set for yourself this month.

Sorry to hear about what happened to angel. She sure does have bad luck doesn't she. One day you might be surprised to find that something good happens to her.LOL I hope everything turns out ok for her.
That was great that you didn't turn to food. That is a step in the right direction.

It sure is cold here. It is below zero here. It is freezing. It is supposed to get colder this week. Wow can't stand the cold. Can't wait for it to warm up.
Keep going with your great attitude and keep the control and doing your exercise. You are doing great. I am very proud of you. You can win this war.

Sounds like you had a huge success and a lot of fun. That is great. It is nice when the open houses work out. We never had anyone come to ours even though I got someone to come in for it. Everyone loved her but no extra people were there. Sounds like you have a great group. We need more of those types of groups around. It is hard to get people to do anything usually. Good for you.
You are doing great to. Did you get your eating back under control. I know you had a hard time last week. You can do this.

It is good to see you back again. I have missed you. You have to get a little heater to put up there by the computer. I have mine on all the time while sitting here because I get so cold all the time.LOL Congratulations on the loss. This will be a great year for you. Good job on getting the watch and setting that as a reward for yourself. It is good to see that you are rewarding yourself with things other then food. You can do this to. Stick with what you are doing because it is working for you.

How is everything in your part of the world girl. I am going to call you tomorrow so be prepared. I am off tomorrow. Did you ever take that test you were supposed to take? Did you pass it? I am sure you did. Keep up the great work. How is the knee doing?

As for me I am doing great. My scale is down again this morning. But I have to wait until wednesday to get the real reading of what I did all week.LOL But it is looking good. I feel great and I am happy.
I even passed up going to the buffet for breakfast this morning and went to church instead. I want to go out for dinner tonight so I didn't want to go out for both meals. So I sent megan so she could have a good time with her cousins. They are going to the museum as well. So it should be fun for her. She is looking forward to our day off tomorrow.
Work is going great for me. I am used to the routine by now both of us are. Megan is doing great at school. They are teaching her to count in spanish I found out yesterday. I get bits and pieces of things she does from time to time. LOL She already got invited to a birthday party and she has only been there for 2 weeks. She wants to go so I will let her. I have to meet the mom though and the kid first.LOL It is good for her.
Nothing else happening here. I am feeling much better. Got to the dr and got an antibiotic for my sinus infection and my throat isn't as sore as it was this week. So that is getting better also. I will get back to exercising tomorrow.
I was so happy after wearing a size 20 jeans I actually got into a size 16 dress pants this morning for church. That made me very happy. They are still a little tight but I can get in the and I am wearing them still. They have stretched a little so now they fit good.LOL So I am on my way. It is proving to be a great year for me. I am not a true size 16 yet but it won't be much longer. The exercise is really toning me up and making me smaller all over.

Hi Ladies
Hope everyone is keeping warm. Is cold here and the wind is starting to blow. Had some snow flurries this morn. The sun is shining right now. But it still isnt very warm.

I have a question. Is anyone doing the points in weight watchers. I am trying to do that. I had some chili from Burger King a couple of weeks ago. It is pretty good. But I was wondering what would be the points value in that. Would it be the same for Wendy's chili. Wasnt sure where to go to find the answer. Thought maybe some of you would be able to guide me.

Besides being cold here. Not alot going on. Hubby is still under the weather. He hasnt even put his clothes on today. Still in his PJ's. So I know he isnt feeling very well. He didnt even go to church. Son and I did. Taking hubby to the Dr again tomorrow. So hopefully they will give him something to clear him up this time. I dont think the 7 days worth of meds the last time was enough. I dont think he got over it from before.

SHERRI GREAT JOB WITH THE PANTS. I am sure you are thrilled. Isnt that a wonderful feeling. Getting into something smaller. You go girl.

NITA Sounds as if you had a good time at your open house. We have never had one since I started with the group that I go too. We did have a new lady join Tues eve. But she knew some of the ladies that go there. Keep up the great work.

WENDY. Hope you are doing alright. Hope you are getting some rest. I know what you mean about setting the clock. But you just dont seem to sleep real well. I do that alot. In fact there has been times that I have set two clocks. Keep up the great work. You will beat Miss Belle. You go girl.
