Me: 217.5, up one and a half pounds from last week.

194.4, down 2 from last week, and down 2.2 from the first of the month. Train wreck of a month, but down is down, right?

167.8, down 2.6 pounds from last Friday! Woot, woot, woot! (My mini goal was to get into the 160s, so I am SUPER happy with today's weigh in!)

260. Down 1.2lbs from last week. But i did see the 250's for three days

193.4 down 4.4lbs since last Friday.
I have been a bit obsessed with the scale so I am going to put it away and not way for 1 wee. I am so happy with my progress. I hope to be at or below 190 by next Friday and I plan on run/walking at least 4 times this week. And to focus on having a more regular calorie count.

150.4. Down 2.8 (more than expected). If I can just be good for one more week, I will hit the 140's. I wish you could see the smile on my face right now...It's ear to ear.

192.8 today. Up 1.6 lbs from 2 weeks ago but down 4 for the month.

228 today, down 3 pounds this week.

Not sure if my scale is playing with me...but I've held steady at 113lbs for the past two days! Finally broke through my plateau! Down 1 pound, and I'll take it!!!!

148 - down a total of 5.3 pounds!

Down 2lbs and I have finally broke through the 12-stone barrier--I've been stuck at 168 for a month! Grr!

302.5lbs. I'm down 6 pounds from the start of my journey on Monday.

I know big weight loss is expected for the beginning, so no big whoop, but at least I'm doing it .
