Weekend food logs Jan 18 & 19/03

  • Its been a great day so far....heading out to visit the grandkids, and then to the mall, to keep busy so I dont get the munchies

    Breaky, 2 scrambled eggs w/cojack cheese
    Lunch, broccoslaw w/bacon bits, and 4 slices deli roast beef
    Supper, 9 brussel sprouts w/parm cheese, and real roast beef lol

    Snack, small clementine orange

    Found some great lc recipes in my sszing book....I just might have to give them a try.

    Got my walk in and dropped another 3 lbs
  • very late starting the day, so it was off to starbucks for our midmorning almost afternoon coffee....came home had a thick slice of roast beef dipped in mustard

    For supper, more roast beef with a huge ceasar salad

    Snacks will likely be tonight, maybe a big ole bowl of broccoli with pram cheese all over them.

    Got my 45 min walk in, did my upper weight training, and even got a 20 min xcountry ski in (too windy)
