I am heading towards my 5% goal after my first month. I am pleased with my progress so far. I think what has helped my success is tracking, WW meetings, and, while I do not post often, 3FC WW forums for inspiration and ideas.
I think I saw a thread not too long ago regarding mini-goal rewards. Since I am heading to my 5%, I want to reward myself. What have been some of your favorite mini-goal rewards that you have had, are waiting for, or read about?



I might change my 3rd and 4th goals to reward habits as well as weight lost.
