Tracking your goals

  • I was wondering, how does everyone track their goals? I was thinking of creating a new project in MS Project to set up goals and dates and tracking it that way. I know some people like MS Excel or even just a log of weight/inches/NSVs.
  • The MyFitnessPal app and the calendar on my phone. Best of luck with your goals!
  • I use Fitday, mostly because it's free and I'm lazy. You might have better luck posting this topic in a different subforum.
