Hiya hun! Sorry for not replying for so long but I've been on holiday and without access to a computer. Was in spain and then went up to the highlands and the isles in the north of Scotland (which were GORGEOUS!). I have actually gained about 5 pounds since the start of the month but all of my measurements have gone down and for the first time in absolutely AGES I can see my 6 pack again so all is well What about yourself?

That sounds amazing! Well worth the 5lbs, I'm sure. Good to see you haven't disappeared. Better to be in Spain than on 3FC... I'm SO envious!
