Drinking water instead of pop will definitely make a difference! Pop retains water. Thus you tend to have more of a puffy face. Plus water washes out fat and toxins. Apple juice and pop may have the same cals, but apple juice is so much better for you. It has vitamins; pop is made up of sugar and carbonation. Not good for you.
