Video of Current weight

When I first joined this site, I think, in February, I was around 202 pounds.
I remember I was down to about 194, the lowest recorded on this site.
However, due to college, ending a 3 year long relationship and just generally not having any drive to do much of anything, I stopped working out. I stopped caring. I gained a lot of weight since the break up 3 months ago. Since, I am newly single, I can now afford to take better care of myself better. I went from the picture in my profile, to this and I'm not necessarily proud of it either.

I'll be posting videos every week btw, I'll unprivate (currently only visable to those with links) when I have about 2 videos of weight loss. I'm hoping this week, (since it would be my first week back on track) to lose about 7 pounds, maybe...

I hope this time on the site, I'll find a confidant, because sometimes I just feel hopeless with this weightloss thing.
  • Good for you, committing to focusing on yourself for a change! Breakups can wreak havoc on the most dedicated. You can do it!
  • Thank you for your support.
  • I find video montages more helpful than pictures sometimes because you can literally get yourself from all angles. Although, I don't share mine. I just sit in bed cringing as I watch them! I was 20 pounds down into my journey when I started the videos and I wish I started from Day 1.

You are beautiful and you are young and newly single! Although post break-up emotions suck, this is the time for you to reinvent yourself. This is the perfect time to start this journey and make yourself your only priority.

You did it before and you most certainly can do it again!
  • Good for you for being so brave and putting yourself out there! I think being "newly single" is the perfect time to focus on yourself and make healthy changes for life. Hope to see you around the boards! You'll find lots of support/encouragement/advice on 3FC.
