Hi all,
So no matter w hat I eat for breakfast I generally do not perk up till I have a nice green veggie salad for lunch... The vitamins and such in the salad do wonders!
I've tried putting spinach in the eggs, that doesn't help.
V8 doesn't either.
Does anyone know what might "perk" me up the way my greens do for lunch?
And yes, I do drink coffee!

A big green salad and your eggs. Or maybe even take those yummy veggies and juice em if you dont like the idea of eating them with your eggs???
