WW challenge week 2 result

  • Still missing about 10 week 1 results. So i've just lapsed those over to habing not gained or lost.

    week 2 results now. New week, new numbers.
  • I weigh in Mondays and I'm down 300g... to 113.7kg. I didnt track last week so this week my goal is to track.
  • I was 165.4 lbs this morning.
  • Ya sorry I screwed up my post yesterday....my current weight is 270.8 I was 273.2 last week! Whoops! Sorry!
  • Gain 0.6 this WI.

    But I got all 3 walk/jogs in at least!
  • I weighed in at 213.1 lbs this morning!
  • I gained, but i wasnt tracking or working out this week. I felt discouraged cos no one else here was trying (seemed to be).

    so 194.2 here
  • I was 147 last week and I am now 145.8 which means I lost 1.2 pounds! Yeh!

    And I met my 10k steps goal most days except for Saturday (not a good day) and I met my breakfast at 10am goal every day.
  • I think it's unfair to say no one else was trying...
  • HURRAY! I'm celebrating 3 months on plan today!

    Let's see...

    Weigh-in this week was 299.6.

    Which... means... that... I'm no longer 300+ pounds!

    Ha ha! It means my weigh-ins so far were

    Week 1: Maintained at 300.0
    Week 2: Lost .4

    But, I love it! I've lost weight. AND I'M STILL HERE!

    So many things accomplished in 3 months, but just this past week I started doing some wall push-ups and chair squats. Most people probably think I'm being wimpy by doing those things, but I swear at my weight they are a difficult and trying workout!

    I'm stoked for this coming week to continue the strength training exercises and to keep my daily walks going.

    So. Who's got healthy plans this coming week? Activities? Food plans? Mental health mantras?
  • Don't be discouraged Jinksie. I think that it's not people are not trying, but that many people seemed to be confused about the challenge..

    For this week, I really want to be really on track, because I'm leaving in vacations next friday... Vacations is always a bit harder on the bad food habit, but I'll do my best. I really want to have a good week before having to disastrous ones LOL

    For activites, I'm doing something called ''Challenge 20 minutes'' it organized by a runner shop, you just have to join them and run 20 minutes They give you a cap and a healthy snack after it. I often have to walk when I jog, I'll see what happen at the challenge!
  • I didn't weigh in for week one. My starting weight was 173. I'm down 2.2 to 170.8.
  • I am at my sister's house in Oklahoma until tomorrow night, so I was unable to weigh in. I will weigh in on Wednesday morning. I am not expecting anything fantastic though because it's been wicked hot here and I'll be flying which always makes me swell. LOL
  • I have been doing Weight Watchers for about 4 weeks now. I love it!! It almost makes me wonder why dieting has always been so hard before. I have lost 11 lbs. This week I should make my 5% goal! Woo!! So I thought this was a great time to get back on here and keep myself motivated. I am now under 230 lbs. So excited!
  • I gained 1.8 pounds this week. Not sure what happened since I really did have a good week on plan. I was pretty upset at the meeting but I have managed to push on and stay on plan. Praying the 1.8 plus more will be gone at the next WI!
