Day 2 Yellow Menu - Weakness?

  • Has anyone felt weak while starting out on the MRC plan? This is my second time around and I can't remember if I was weak during that time. That was a few years ago and I'm doing the plan on my own right now since I kept the menus.

    I remember seeing a couple of different people mention weakness at the start of their menus. I didn't really have an issue with that, but I started on the white & then the beige menus before moving down to the green menu--so I never did the yellow/blue menus. From the sound of it, though, the yellow/green menus are extremely low carb and low fat, which would explain being tired or weak. It should get better once you get to the green menu.
  • I felt weak/bad during preconditioning, but once I started on yellow with the HNS, it got better. You're only on day 2, so it should get better in a couple of days, especially once you get to green.
