Yesterday was officially the last day I can wear my favorite Khaki capri pants. I'm happy to say they they were literally falling off all day. That is such a good feeling. Even the scale doesn't always move as quickly as we'd like, we have so many other indicators that we are losing. We just have to pay attention to them.

Way to go! There's nothing better than that feeling...unless, of course, you also found a $20 bill in the pocket too!

My NSV is that I now feel comfortable enough to go wedding dress shopping. Before I started my plan, I was going to wait until I got down to 155, but now that I've been working out regularly for two months, I'm going for it. Plus, there's a killer sale going on at a local boutique, so I can't pass that up. Calling for an appointment today!
