Changing for the better

  • Hey everyone I'm Krista and I'm 17 years old about to enter my senior year of high school. I've been big most of my life but its because I always went overboard on sweets and sodas, but now I'm changing. For awhile I wasn't happy with myself and I assessed the problems and it's getting better day by day but I came to the realization that in order for me to truly live up to my fullest potential I wanted to lose weight. So I started my journey a couple weeks ago and I'm working toward my goal of 150 every step of the way and can't wait to share it with you guys

  • KRISSY ~ being that you are still young, the best advice would be to start with cutting out all the junk & sugary pop; you can lose a lot just by doing that and not jeopardize your health & height growth. Add in some favorite fruit, salads, and veggies with lean meats; this is an easy way to start. Take advantage of all the walking you can.   • Welcome! I think it's great that you're taking initiative at your age, and you'll definitely benefit in the long run. People waste too much time being overweight!
