Hello. I am a guy, are we allowed here?
anyway a little about myself. I've graduated college and went back
again to pursue another field of study. I have been weightlifting for
8 years straight and "dieting" for about seven years. I have studied
the human body in relation to the field of study i pursue in college.
I have also read numerous articles over the internet in my 8 year
span of weightlifting. I have also helped, for free, quite a few people
over the years sharing my knowledge to influence and better the
health of those who were interested. Here i hope to share ideas,
help motivate, and be motivated myself. Shoot if you have any
