I have been reading the posts and am considering getting away from restricteds. I am a little confused. I normally have 2 packets plus a restricted. If I give up my restricted, do I substitute it with a regular packet or just have 2 packets.

My coach told me three packets a day and only one per can can be restricted. So you would replace your restricted with a non restricted item.

I totally agree with you on the support factor. I am in Gulfport, Ms. Nothing wrong with reading and not posting I think a lot of us just lurk around to get information!!
