Good morning!
Debbie, doesn't it seem that there's always another chore to tackle, just when you think you've caught up? How's Bing doing with his Thunder jacket? We have one for Cindy's dog, Molly, and I'm impressed with how well it calms her down. She would get so frantic and upset whenever she heard thunder and could destroy the room, but now she just curls up on her bed to wait the storm out.
Matilda, that's smart for you to be having those tests done before you start menopause, and give you a great sense of well-being. The Thunder jacket is a snug fitting coat that wraps around your pet, kind of like swaddling it. For some reason, it really calms them down.
Ruth, I'm always sad when a tree is cut down, too. I have a special affinity for trees, and have always been especially fond of them. It's good to know you feel the same. I sure wish I could help with the art work sorting, and make short work of it! Try to stay cool!
The heat index is supposed to reach 110* this afternoon. I'm bringing the girls over here, and Andrea is dropping of Amber & Tyler while she goes to a job interview. We'll spend some time in the pool, and when they get tired of that, I'll send them all down to the playroom to play Wii. I'm supposed to drop the girls off for a playdate and supper with some friends later, and so it should be an early day for me. I'm not sure if Cindy will have polo this evening, it may be canceled because of the heat. I'd hate to be the poor horse in this heat!
