I'll gain weight, then I'll lose it the next week, then I'll gain it back again. It's been a never ending roller coaster! I work 2 jobs; one full time during the day, and one part time at night (3 nights a week). My full time one I started in February, and I'm a receptionist at a car oil change company, and most of the time, I'm just sitting at my desk doing nothing but greeting customers when they come in, and occasionally answering the phone. Yesterday was one of our busiest days, and I decided to give the guys in the garage a hand with all the cars. Needless to say, I was getting up every 10 minutes and looking out the door to see if I could bring cars up for them. I actually felt like I accomplished something other than surfing the internet.
I guess my main issue is I don't get enough exercise, not as much as I used to that is. I used to work retail, and that was a workout enough! My other problem is that I will eat when I'm not hungry, cus I'm afraid I'll be starving later on if I don't. There will be times where I'll go all day not eating much (that's how I am today), and there will be times where I'll feel like I'm a bottomless pit!
I started getting the exercise thing in yesterday: I did 30 jack knives on my Wii Fit. I could've done more, but I had to shower and get ready for work. I'm going back to school in the fall, and my college has a fitness center there, which I'm dying to try! Kind of afraid of weighing in tomorrow morning cus of last weekend... but, I think I'm gonna do it anyway. I'll blog more tomorrow and let you know how I did!
