Does anyone here have a weight loss blog that follows LAWL. If so I would love to follow it. Hope it is okay to ask

This has been asked before and no one (I think) has every responded that they have a blog. So-don't think so . . . sorry. Really though-most low carb diets will have recipes that work with LAWL.
