Breakfast, boiled egg
Lunch, 3 slices of bacon and 1/2 cup green beans
Supper, left over chicken cut up into a huge ceasar salad
Got my walk in today
have the weights all set up and ready to go (tomorrow morning just before my shower)Snacks might be some bacon with cheese melted thru it and definitely some tea
