Phase III questions

  • Is it ok to go back to daily workouts when you're on phase III? Or do I still need to limit my exercise?

Also I have some apple butter that I was going to put on my toast. Would that count as a fat or a fruit? I don't think there is much fat in it though.

Have you asked your coach about exercise? I think walking, pilates, yoga etc. would be fine on phase 3. I 'd hold off on weight lifting until phase 4. You're body is busy adjusting to your new eating habits.

What are the stats on your apple butter?
  • Here are the stats for the apple butter

    Serving size 1 tbsp.
    Calories 25
    Fat 0g
    Carbs 5g
    Sugars 4g
    Protein 0g

It's suppose be all natural unsweetened. I haven't even opened it yet so I'm not sure what it's even gonna taste like!
  • I think since it is called a "butter" you are getting it confused as a fat. It is a carb. Basically what you have just sounds like an apple puree.

Yes you should be able to excercise now.
