I went to the mall to buy makeup and ended up trying on a few dresses for fun. I have gone down two sizes since I started on plan 5 weeks ago. With all my yo-yoing I am now at the smallest size of clothes I own. I will have to go shopping in a few more weeks. I never expected to lose this fast. Yeah!!!

That is so fantastic! Congrats! I had a similar experience this week when I saw a store I'd lusted after for 20 years. I was too big to shop there. I got daring and bought 3 pairs of pants in a 16... and had to return them for a 14! I haven't seen that size on my bod for almost 30 years. WHAT FUN!!! Thank you IP!

I had the same experience. I went into a store and tried on a size 14 pair of pants. To my surprise they fit!!!! This is the first 14 I have worn in years. Yes..thanks to IP.
