    Thanks for starting it, Angie! I've been super busy and haven't had much online time this week. My DD and I just had birthdays and my husband just finished up a very much needed week of vacation. I've been on plan, though, and weighing daily.

    Adding: I finished the month at 148.4. I didn't lose a lot, but I made it to goal, so I'm happy! I've revised my goal to 140 for now. Then I'll see how I feel when I get there.

    Kris I wasn't here from December to April, then in October, November and April I gained. So we're both hoping for a better month this July

    I got a lawn mower from a friend that moved and it basically moves itself. So I decided to cut the grass, missed dinner came in ate a grapefruit and 40ozs of water and now my tummy hurts . I hope this goes away before I go to bed.

    Total loss for June was 2 lbs But I met goal, and although I've reset it I'm not sure it will be possible. So for July I'm going to concentrate on staying the same or managing to lose a few pounds. I am not going to stress because the bouncing has been shocking on the scale this month. The only changes have been less food, and less sleep, so I'm going back to basics - eating the three meals I know I can eat, and eating them at the right times, and getting some well earned rest. This has been a very stressful month for me.
  • Hi all! I have been on vacay since May and now its time for some accountability..*ahem* tough love with myself....back on track...I couldn't get passed 179 last time and I have gained some. Tomorrow will be my first weigh in a LONG time! Not going to set a specific goal, just return to clean eating and see where I land at the end of the month.
