I know this is probably stupid but I will lose as much as I can between now and August. In august I am going to stay with my best friend and we will be eating out mostly, so its going to be impossible to stay on the diet. I have decided to let it go and get straight back on the induction phase when I come back but I wondered if anyone could give am an idea of how much I am likely to gain in this time? Depending how much I lose between then and now, I don't really want to go right back up to my starting weight.
I really try not to go off plan. I find it fairly easy to stay on even when going out to eat. You can always order a salad, or steak, chicken and veggies. im not sure how much you could expect to gain...I guess it just depends on what you eat. Good Luck!

About five or six weeks ago I transitioned off of low (15-20g) carb. I stayed in the same calorie range--1500-1700 ish. I didn't go carb crazy, but I worked some whole grains, higher carb veggies, and fruit (and some excellent beer, he he) back into my diet. I instantly gained about 6 pounds (which I expected), but the bigger issue was that I didn't lose any of it for about two weeks, despite eating only 1400 ish cals and doing pretty intense cardio 5x week. It eventually came off, but I was stuck for a while.
