
Hello all! I am brand new to 3 Fat Chicks, but I am super excited about my upcoming weight loss. I completed Prep Phase yesterday and began my eating plan today. Anyone else try this plan? I am not advertising for them, but I have done everything from weight watchers to going vegetarian. They all work in the beginning but I was not able to maintain. So I am starting again.
Anywho, I am brand new, so please help with suggestions. I at least plan to run this program to completion!
