If you had 50 lbs to lose, then NO, it wouldn't be, but we're talkin the last few vanity pounds and they are very hard to lose. Basically, our bodies tend to like to store a little fat (survival mechanism), so I'd say give yourself 2-3 months to drop those last stubborn 12 pounds.

I especially love the 700-1000 cal burn every day. I'm tired just reading about it. But sounds like what I'm shooting for too.
Do you like nuts? Almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts... great way to add healthy fat. Or munch on pumpkin seeds? My favorite though are avocados. I can eat a whole, fresh avocado with a spoon in 3 seconds. I also have been eating more flaxseed. HTH
