My Dukan Diet Progress

  • I just wanted to share a little bit of what my experience has been with the Dukan Diet. We are a week and a half into it, and loving every bit of it. Here is a list of how my first week went. Now there are a few days in there where I didn't get my 20 minute walk in, but there were medical reasons for that. Even with that, the results were astounding! I am a few days past the end of the week I'm posting here, but I'll post the 2nd week when I finish it!


    Week 1 - Total Weight Lost: 13.4 pounds


    Day 1

    Starting weight: 342.0 pounds
    Current weight: 335.8 pounds
    Weight Lost: 6.2 pounds
    Total Weight Lost: 6.2 pounds
    Breakfast: Dukan Oat Bran Galette
    Snack: 96% fat free ham steak
    Lunch: Canned tuna, boiled egg whites, Dukan Mayonnaise, dill pickle relish
    Dinner: Sirloin steak
    Exercise: 20 minute walk

    Day 2

    Starting weight: 342.0 pounds
    Current weight: 333.6 pounds
    Weight Lost: 2.2 pounds
    Total Weight Lost: 8.4 pounds
    Breakfast: Breakfast Taco
    Lunch: Baked boneless skinless chicken breasts
    Dinner:Pot roast
    Snack: 96% fat free ham
    Exercise: 20 minute walk

    Day 3
    Starting weight: 342.0 pounds
    Current weight: 331.2 pounds
    Weight Lost: 2.4 pounds
    Total Weight Lost: 10.8 pounds
    Breakfast: Dukan Cookies
    Lunch: Leftover roast & chicken breast
    Dinner: New York Strip
    Snack: Small glass of milk, 1 Diet Barq's, 7 bottles of water (2 with Crystal Light Pink Lemonade)
    Exercise: 20 minute walk

    Day 4

    Starting weight: 342.0 pounds
    Current weight: 331.4 pounds
    Weight Gained: .2 pounds
    Total Weight Lost: 10.6 pounds
    Breakfast: Oat Bran Hot Cereal w/ 1 packet Splenda
    Lunch: 1 ham steak & 5 slices of turkey
    Dinner: Beef tips w/ "egg" noodles
    Snack: 6 bottles of water & 1 Diet Coke
    Exercies: None

    Day 5

    Starting weight: 342.0 pounds
    Current weight: 329.0 pounds
    Weight Lost: 2.4 pounds
    Total Weight Lost: 13.0 pounds
    Breakfast: Oat Bran Hot Cereal w/ 1 Splenda
    Lunch: 2 hamburger patties
    Dinner: 1 chicken breast
    Snack: 4 bottles of water & 2 diet cokes
    Exercise: None

    Day 6
    Starting weight: 342.0 pounds
    Current weight: 328.4 pounds
    Weight Lost: .6 pounds
    Total Weight Lost: 13.6 pounds
    Breakfast: Oat Bran Hot Cereal w/ 1 Splenda
    Lunch: 2 B/S chicken breasts
    Dinner: 1/2 Ahi tuna steak
    Exercise: None

    Day 7
    Starting
    weight: 342.0
    Current weight: 328.6
    Weight Gained: .2
    Total Weight Lost: 13.4
    Breakfast: Oat Bran Hot Cereal w/ 1 Splenda, 1/2 homemade turkey sausage patty
    Lunch: 3 homemade turkey sausage patties
    Dinner: Egg scramble with chicken sausage
    Exercise: None

  • Just Started my first Day of Dukan, Hopefully i will find it as easy as you. Found it quite easy so far today dont seem to be hungry. So fingers crossed.

    I'm loving this plan too - it's the easiest plan to stick with 100% that I've ever been on. I finished my 6th week yesterday.

    I'm finding it tough today- but, didnt sleep well last night and am just grumpy.
    Not giving in tough!!!
    I get veggies back on sat! YAY!
