Stuck in the 160's

  • There might be a better-suiting thread where I can post my personal nagging and frustration about the number, "160." I've just been hanging between 160-161. I'm not sure how to tell if it's a plateau, but I figured after almost 2 months, I'd see better results than only a 10 lb. loss! bleh.
  • Perhaps it would help to intensify your workout routine, as your body may be use to the work it goes through now.
