I've been doing WW since January and I haven't done any excersizing yet. I am losing pretty good without it. I am just curious if anyone else is not doin it either. Seems like the more I read on here, yall are all working your butts off (literally!) and here I am not doing anything. Am I missing something? Or should I just be happy with the rate I'm losing without it. I just know myself and it's not something I will do forever. So why start only to then stop My fiance and I bowl once or twice a week. But that's the only real activity I do.
I think I'm probably just lazy!
