for the past couple weeks I have been using alternative products due to cost. I have used the spreadsheets, so I know I made the right choices for products, but I am getting dissappointed with my lack of weight loss and lack of inches lost.
Any advice, suggestions to get my through this? I want to lose weight so bad and I am having a hard time keeping my "bad" cravings at bay!

You'll get back on track! When I find myself going off track I keep a detailed food journal until I see that I've been on track for a while. For me, there's something about seeing what I'm going in black and white that makes a difference. Maybe that will help. Sorry I can't provide suggestions tailored to IP as I am not on this diet.
