Welcome Fay!! I am not too far from you ( sheffield) and started my diet nearly 4 weeks ago with a view to being back in a size 14 for my 34th birthday in october. I think we all need something to work towards and a wedding is definately one! You will find loads of people ready to offer you support and good advice on here, I am pretty new myself and I'm already feeling the benefits of having somewhere like this to come when I feel low and want to give up.
