First 30 days were good...now I can't stop overeating!! so angry right now

  • I've been retaining water I think...not eating an excess of 3,500 cals and my period just came yesterday, but since last Sunday I gained 4 lbs (it'd better be water weight ugh) Usually my water rentention does not come this early or intense, its usually the 2nd day of my TOM that it just pops up
    Even my overeating should not be over 3,500 cals and I guess that I should not expect my weight to budge, with my period and all-but I am paranoid...
    I have been terrible as a result though, I keep on overeating - but not over 3,500 cals, but still...it just makes me so hopeless not to see any budge, but a gain in the scale and oh boy the more I'm reading this the lamer I feel. Its a totally irrational decision. Esp since I couldn't buy all the work clothes I wanted today because they ran out of the big double digit sizes
    I don't know what to do, I was so good for 30 days, but to get to my goal weight I have to do this for WAY over 30 days lol =/
  • I usually am about 5 lbs over during TOM, so it may be that... but if you've over eaten then its possible, id just try your best to stay on plan and weigh after a few days You can do it!
  • It could definitely be water weight. I know I'm always usually +2 around my time of the month. Even if its not, the best thing you can do is give yourself a clean slate, be very diligent, and give yourself at least a week to get back on track before you view your results. Good luck!
