My life has been turned upside-down & inside out, (gotta love the nice, dramatic opening). I was doing amazingly well for several months, and then in the last couple of weeks I just kind of....lost my way. Thankfully, I haven't gained any weight (which is a miracle in and of itself), but I know that if I don't put an end to this pity-party I've been allowing myself to engage in then I will..sooner rather than later.
But, I'm back & I'm more determined than ever. I'm ready for this weight to be gone! I'm not willing to stay like this forever...or, better yet, I'm not willing to stay like this for another year. I want...no, need this weight loss. Not for apperence sake (although looking good is a definitely plus), but for mental, emotional and health reasons.
So, hopefully I'll be around a bit more in the future, because I could definitely use the support
