Hi all! I've been wanting to lose weight for a while, but somehow I never stick with it. I hope to make myself more accountable this time, and get the 65 pounds off this year. I'm going to do my best to stay within a 1200-1500 calories/day goal. I'd like to lose at least 20 pounds in the next 3 months. I need to be healthier for my family. I'm a SAHM with 2 boys. I want to get into better eating/exercise habits and feel better about myself.
You need to be healthy for you too!! But that is my main motivation as well.I dont want my son to even remember me as being fat. And seeing as he is only 14 weeks old I have some time.
