Does anyone else have this problem ?
I started at 193 I now weigh 175, I have not lost hardly any inches at ALL......
What does your activity look like? I didn't start seeing a major change in clothes size until I started adding in exercise. But, I didn't start taking measurements until recently.
I suffered the opposite. I was exercising a lot and losing inches, but not losing weight. Built some really good muscles too. Dropped nearly two sizes with Pilates alone. Weight was stalled for quite some time, like over a year. I finally started cutting calories (I refused to accept that I had to cut calories) and then the weight started to come off.
For me, it takes both cutting calories and exercise to lose weight and inches.
I've lost everywhere except in my hips and thighs! It's frustrating!!!!! I should do them tomorrow, it's been a month or so since I did them last.
