Ai - Chi (its like Tai Chi...but in the water)

  • I've been trying to do Ai-Chi twice a week after my cardio. I know that its good for stretching...and it really relaxes me.

    I was just wondering if anyone knew if it was a calorie buring type of exercise.

    I currently don't count it, when I count how many minutes of exercise I do each week.

    But short of wearing a water proof heart rate monitor I'd have no idea how to count it either. I never counted my water aerobics class for the same reason. I just called it bonus.
