I've finally started to get my health under control for the first time since October--long story short, I was finally diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and horrible allergies (I was diagnosed with strep throat 8 times this year, and it turns out my allergies were so horrendous they would trip a false positive on strep tests).
I'm also a compulsive overeater and I haven't been able to go to meetings because of exhaustion. I will be starting meetings again on Saturday.
I gained back about 20 pounds (I'm at 191 right now).
I am just having a hard time controlling my eating. I'm now eating gluten free and that helps with bloating, tummy pain, and nausea. I haven't needed phenergan in weeks, which is awesome because I also have IBS (dude, it just gets better and better, right???)

I think it looks very doable for me, and I'm hoping it will help reduce cravings. Has anyone tried it? I've already planned out some meals and I think it will be good for me. I tend to eat very healthy, just too much of it. I take several vitamins/supplements as well.
