This morning I tried on my swimsuit from last year just to be absolutely sure I had to go buy a new one for the pool party today. IT FITS AGAIN!!! Its not super loose but its not too tight to wear!!!
And when I was looking in my fridge and pantry for something to munch on. I saw that it happened... I am one of those people who only has good stuff in their house. I have tried to make this happen for years and no changes really stuck but I guess by doing it gradually I didnt even realize all the big changes that had taken place. As far as easy to grab food there is plenty of fruit and frozen veggies, cheese sticks, and boiled eggs. There is sandwhich stuff too. And if I absolutely need the crunch factor ( dont like raw veggies ) i have reduced fat wheat thins or baked lays.
I am so proud of myself right now!
We are also going to the movies to celebrate fathers day and I plan on bringing wheat thins in a ziploc so if my diet coke doesnt cut it I have a back-up plan. But we are bringing the baby ( 14 weeks ) so my plan is to hold him so I dont have free hands to be grabbing my DH or dads popcorn!
