I started working out 5/16/11 and in the month since I have lost 10 lbs
I have mainly been doing either the elliptical or the treadmill 5 days a week with weight training 3 days a week. I decided to start taking classes because it gets a little lonely sweating alone. However, I now feel anxious and nervous about possibly being unable to keep up (and being the only fat girl in the class). That won't stop me from going, I'm a ballsy girl and it's free so hey why not! But I have to admit... I'm nervous. Does anyone take either of those types of classes?
