June Daily Exercise!

  • I know its the middle of the month but this use to be a sticky here all the time and I was wondering if we could start it up! Keeping track of my exercise deff. keeps me accountable! So can we PLEASE make this a sticky?

    I would like to try to workout 9/15 of the days!

    06/15/2011: JM 6 pack in 6 weeks - 35 minutes
  • 6/15- JM No More Trouble Zones- 50 mins and probably core fusion when I get home tonight
